CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The data collected by this website are either voluntarily provided by the user or processed via cookies.

The data will be processed with both electronic and paper-based tools with the following purposes:

  1. Allow the user to navigate the website;
  2. Analyse the user’s preferences, with the purpose of structuring co-housing projects;
  3. Newsletter subscription.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis of the purpose specified at point 1 is the legitimate interest of the Data controller.

The legal basis of the purpose specified at point 2 is the consent of the data subject. The consent is optional. In case the data subject does not give their consent, it will not be possible to process their requests. The data subject can withdraw their consent to data processing at any moment, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

DATA STORAGE

The data provided by the data subject will be processed for a duration based on the following criteria:

  • Newsletter subscriber data: processed until the subscription is cancelled and/or consent is withdrawn;
  • Data collected through the functionalities for structuring co-housing projects: data stored for 10 years.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The data will be processed, within the limits of necessity, by authorised personnel, adequately trained and informed, by the Data controller as well by the personnel of third parties providing services to the Data controller and process data on behalf and by request of the latter as data processors. Without prejudice to the communications transmitted in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed might be transferred, solely for the above-mentioned purposes, to the following categories of recipients:

  • Consultants and independent contractors, either individually or in associated form;
  • Providers of IT services.

Navigating or interacting with the website, the user’s personal data might be transferred to Countries outside the European Union (EU.)

We inform the user that the data will be exclusively transferred to Countries considered as “adequate” – and consequently “secure” – by the European Commission, or to companies that have adhered to specific international standards (e.g. Privacy Shield Framework.)

  5. lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali www.garanteprivacy.it) in case of infringement the legislation on the protection of personal data;
  6. receive electronic copy of the data that regards him or her as the data subject, if such data are rendered in the context of the contract, and require the data to be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability.)
